Been ordering meat delivery from Nusa since 2020 during the lockdown. We are still getting delivery from them because of the variety they have, particularly the grass fed sliced beef skirt, perfect for stir fry recipes.

I have been using Nusa Meat Home Delivery since 2020 after they extended their delivery service from restaurants to home customers during the pandemic. They provide top quality meats/seafood/fresh produce that is well packaged. They are easy to deal with and reasonably priced. They have a great admin team who are responsive and an easy to use website for online orders. Definitely will continue to use their 5 star services.

Nusa Meats was an absolute life saver when they extended their delivery service to the public over the Covid pandemic and persistent Melbourne lockdowns. Their produce are absolute top notched and we remain regular customers post-lockdown. The quality of their meats and fish are unrivalled and better than anything I would usually be able to get at the markets. What a blessing to be able to access premium produce at such reasonable prices that would normally are meant for restaurants only. I started using Nusa Home Meat since mid 2020 during lockdown period and has been a loyal customer since. I am happy that they continue to serve home based customer whom really taking advantage of their service. They provide high quality premium meat, seafood, produce with many range of cuts, parts that is normally won't be available in the supermarket or normal butcher. I love how they packed their meat, either vacuum packed or neatly in a container so easy to store in the fridge. Their price is also very reasonable and competitive. Service and communication is excellent, always respond to my enquiry promptly. Now they also range groceries, snacks, seasoning, ready to cook or ready to eat meals so really is almost a one stop shopping for me.

Suria and her team have been a life saver during the 2020 lock-downs delivering fresh produce to our household - we did not have to worry about running to the shops only to be disappointed by empty shelves. We cannot thank you enough for your service and great produce. We are loyal customers for life! With the reopening of the economy, we continue to patronise Nusa Meats as their produce is far better than what we can get from other butchers. They are very reasonably priced for good quality products and convenient as it is delivered to your front door. I do not hesitate to recommend Nusa Meats to all my family and friends - good things must share! The admin team is very responsive, polite and helpful. Meats are neatly sealed and packaged well - no leaks and easy storage in freezer and fridge. Saves us so much time! They have expanded their range to ready-to-eat meals which are fresh and delicious! We are also very lucky to be able to purchase premium products such as the Pentagonian toothfish and Berkshire Kurobuta pork that are hard to come by. Thank you Suria and team for your hard work! Love ordering seafood and meat from Nusa. Their meat and seafood are always fresh, clean and well packed. They recently selling ready meal and i tried their latest Kurobuta Tonkatsu frozen reheat pack, it was really good. I will definitely try more of their new ready meal products 👍😍

I stumbled upon Nusa Meat's home delivery service during Melbourne's long long lockdown in 2020. It was a life saver and a godsend because we were pretty much housebound, especially when I don't drive and didn't feel safe being on public transport in the midst of the pandemic. From the very first time I liaised with them, I knew I was on to a winner. They are very friendly, helpful and responsive, especially on their WhatsApp chat group. All the meat and fish that I have bought from them are of top quality and very reasonably priced for what we got. They are well packaged and cleaned, making life easy for me. I have since recommended their service to many of my friends. Now that life is pretty much back to normal, I still use them because I really can't trust other butchers' quality anymore. And now that they have expanded their products range to vegetables and grocery items as well, they really are a one stop shop for me.

BUYER BEWARE! This is my experience. Purchased online some seafood for my parents as a gift. Found out they never received the full order that I paid for as confirmed by the receipt they got with the delivery. Tried to contact them via phone, email, Instagram to no reply for a refund of items not received. This is so disappointing and frustrating as if they would have done the right thing and processed the refund I would have continued using such a service. Well not anymore!
