Our Italian menu offers signature pizzas, pasta and anti-pestos. Our Indonesian menu offers delicious satays, nasi-goreng, rendang and various authentic curries. We also offer a wide variety of fusion desserts, cakes and coffees for high-teas, as well as an extensive selection of wines from our bars. We proudly support all the WA farmers and all our products are locally sourced, including the wines from the Margaret River region. Had a lovely late lunch here alfresco facing the Swan River. Had their Chicken Parmigiana which is amazingly juicy and flavourful. Enjoyed it to the last bit (see empty plate😋) Thought they're Indonesian restaurant but they do the Aussie food darn well too! The flat white, just order the mug cos it's delicious too! Giving 6 stars for the food, the drink, the service and the view!

Food was lovely, it's a fusion Indonesian food. It's very presentable but lacks the spice factor. Ambience is nice and service was awesome. ABIT pricey. Spent $172 on our first meal in Australia for 4 adults. Lol.

Me and my wife went for a date and couldn’t find any perfect restaurant. Suddenly it came into my mind to search for halal restaurants. And I found it on terrace road. We didn’t know what to eat. As my wife is choosy and I’m also a chef and always looking for good food! We didn’t take any risk and ordered a Javanese fried chicken for me and mi goring for my wife. And nailed it. Chef’s kiss to those food. We tried corn fritters and lastly ordered a dessert es doger! Each bite was full of flavours and we couldn’t resist eating. Being a chef, in my career, I never found any asian food this much delicious! 🤤 We will definitely come again this place to taste other foods. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!😎

Weekend lunch here - the Soto Ayam (Rice Noodle Soup) was deliciously homemade! Loved the Bitter Crackers and the accompanying Sambal Chilli Sauce too (asked for more since it was so good!).

Excellent food and service. Our waitress was fully aware of the menu, made some excellent recommendations and was able to make comparisons with other Asian dishes. Wonderful outlook. Perfect for a Sunday breakfast watching the world go past.

Stopped in for Sunday breakfast and then as Maxine’s by the quality of Benedict Dang!! The waitress was super helpful and the food and coffee arrived really fast. Can’t wait to go back for lunch or dinner!

Came to Perth to see them quokkas and after a day of cycling and getting soaked with rain and cold, I came back to the city soooo hungry and craving for something warm, hearty, comforting, and RICE. And thank goodness for this restaurant! I ordered the nasi goreng and some tea. The tea was delicious and really warmed me up. I was surprised to see the salad on the side of the nasi goreng. But pleasantly surprised! It was like a nice modernize twist to have salad on the side of the nasi goreng! Like other nice restaurants that give salad with their mains. Gives some veggies to an otherwise carbo heavy meal. But the kicker is the salad dressing! It still had this sweet spicy terasi-ish Asian flavor! Love. And the nasi goreng itself hit the spot in terms of flavor. The way I imagine nasi goreng tastes when I’m missing home. The staff there was also very friendly and professional. Live music, too! This place is the whole package!

Our family had a couple occasions at this place and we had one of the best dining experience in Perth. The staffs are so accomodating, and the chefs really take a good care of their menu selections As Indonesians, it’s difficult to have a meal that taste just like home. And Tempayan Bay really delivers their flavour and Indonesian’s hospitality. If you’re looking for top notch quality food, well thought menu with good portions, this is the place. It has a great location (especially for kids as their location opposite Langley Park), amazing food and incredible staffs 👏👏👏

I’ve been to this restaurant twice, and it never disappoints! Both times it was packed, live guitarist and good vibes. The workers there always make sure you’re okay and update you on your food. The service is amazing, restaurant is clean, and the food is incredible! Very spacious for the whole family. Thank you Tempayan staff for making this dining experience many to remember! We will be back.

Tempayan Bay Restaurant offers amazing Indonesian cuisine, with the Rendang being an absolute standout, rich, flavorful, and a must-try. The food is always fresh, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for a relaxed meal. My only gripe is that they close at 9 PM; it would be fantastic if they stayed open until 11 PM. But aside from that, highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Indonesian flavors!

This restaurant is situated along the road,what you can get a decent Indonesian food,and some Italian food too.Whether for drinking session or a meal to go. That mee goreng,if will be better with Chinese yellow noodle than using instant noodle . Food was generally enough for 2 eater.So if you can, share. So we have been there two nights to tried out some of the more Asian like.

A diverse menu of Western and Indonesian foods for brunch. We enjoyed every meal ordered. My avocado toast w/ poached eggs was delicious. The atmosphere cannot be beat as one can enjoy the river view while dining both inside and al fresco!

Wow. What a little gem. If you are in the mood for great Indonesian food with an even greater atmosphere do not overlook Tempayan Bay. Great selection of meals with reasonable prices. We definitely will be returning. 10/10 experience guys.

Lovely family owned restaurant. Staff or better say girls, were friendly and polite. Sitting is casual outside and inside. We decided to take siting inside as we were worry it could be chilli outside. Food is Italian or Indonesian. We had ordered olive and cheese, Tepayan fish and Sumatran chicken curry. Everything was tasty and nice. There is a list of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, something for everyone. Music was pleasant and relaxing, but when restaurant is busy, you can hardly to hear it. Very nice Indonesian style big table in corner, we did like and appeals to us better then other tables. Probably it will be good for eight plus people. We loved it.

Went for Breakfast then tried Lunch had to come back for Dinner. The food is amazing Western/Asian. Highly Recommended the staff are also so friendly and attentive. Vicky was our waitress for Dinner and she was amazing went above and beyond with her professional service.

This is an Indonesian restaurant with quite authentic taste. We ordered “Nasi Goreng” (fried race) and found the taste not too dissimilar with the one back home. We also ordered “Tempe Mendoan” (fried tempeh) - which is tasty, however they should serve it with soy sauce and fresh chili 🌶️. Be mindful, the portion here is quite big (as it’s common in Australia), so for two of us ordering Nasi Goreng to share, it’s actually enough. Quite nice ambience with live singer in site. The place itself is in quiet street, so don’t worry, it’s still open until 9pm although the neighborhood looks so quiet ☺️

This restaurant is my go to place for Indonesian and Italian cuisine. Love the spicy beef ribs and the traditional nasi goreng. The pizza is one of the best in Perth. They have always been consistent with taste and service. 10/10 recommended.

Been a few years since going to restaurant but has not disappointed as food was delicious (as it always was) and staff just so lovely and took care of us. First time for my friend and colleague so she will be returning.
