A really cool space. We went over for a nice little family brunch and each space is totally different vibe. The courtyard was a little sanctuary out the back and the food was delicious! Highly recommend this café. Really good coffee as well. I felt weird about taking in my own cup but they were really cool about it and made me feel less awkward about it 😍 very friendly, smiley crew. Cannot recommend enough! I've been here twice now and both times the coffee was really good.

A friend and I came here for breakfast this morning. Conveniently located opposite Central Park, so easy to pop into after a walk. It was toasty and warm inside on a cold day. The owner Effie brought our food and coffee out, she was friendly and personable. The poached eggs were perfectly runny and the portion sizes were very generous, (neither of us could finish our meals). Will definitely be back.

Coffee and Soul is just so awesome. They’ll customize your order to whatever you want with sugar without sugar and the staff are really nice. Great stuff.

Had excellent experience. The coffee was one of the best I've had. I ordered iced mocha, and my friends got mocha and long black. We all loved our respective drinks. We also got ham and cheese toasties and a grain salad and they were also pretty good and fresh. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We wanted to sit in the courtyard and they were happy to clean and set up a table to accommodate us even though there were seats available inside. The place doesn't look modern or has the Cafe vibe that most other Cafes in Melbourne have but whatever look and feel they're going for really works. Highly recommended. Would definitely go again.

Not only is it the best coffee in Melbourne. A special shoutout to Stephen who is just exceptional. Remembers your order, it is ready before you’ve even stepped foot into the store (he is just a million steps ahead). Overall, brilliant customer service

Hands down the best! Stephen is phenomenal, remembers your name and order for your next visit. His team are run off their feet, but are always smiling. Coffee is consistent and couldn’t be better!! Will drive out of my way for Coffee&Soul.

We saw this place won "Top 10 in Herald Sun" and the coffee really was great! Staff friendly and Food was also excellent- We had Fresh Spinach pie with salad, Grain salad with Yogurt, Waffles with berries and Omelette on multigrain with bacon side.. They also did fresh veggie and fruit juice. We Sat in the beautiful garden backyard... we will definitely go back!

The best Coffee in the local area. Very friendly owners, breakfast food is generous and simple. Also a great selection of take away food . Food is always made fresh and the coffee is the best in the area!! ( Make sure you check out the garden courtyard , great ambiance and perfect for kids or pets) Stephen the owner is particular is amazing. He knows all our orders and takes the time to be friendly and helpful

Best sausage roll in Melbourne, the coffee is amazing but the food is awesome. Sausage roll tasted of amazing flavours instead of the usual dry generic filling of other places. Also, the pastry was flaky and delicious and it was served in a tray, with a wood knife and TWO ketchup packets. Coffee and soul pay attention to detail and their quality motivated me to write this review. Well done.

Amazing little find! I don't know why, but I was really hoping the coffee wasn't gonna be as good as they say. It was AMAZING! Service was so easy and what a beautiful little space. Ps. I don't know how they make a roast beef and salad sandwich taste so damn good!

What lovely coffee shop! The service and workers are of top quality lovely people all round. The coffee is the best I have ever had... And food great! In particular I loved the spinach and ricotta tortellini with chicken.. delicious!! Has a lovely comfortable environment... And very welcoming lovely people. Will definately be going back with friends/family for lunch.. or maybe even breakfast 😁

Not a coffee drinker, but my hot chocolate here today was the best I’ve had in a veerryy long time!! So yummy. I smashed it down. Egg and bacon muffin was great but had no sauce so note to ask for sauce if needed which I’ll do next time. 😊 welcoming staff also

I regularly walk down to Coffee & Soul from my workplace a block away on the odd occasion where I don't have my own lunch. I've always been happy with the service, coffee and food - even though it takes a while to get there, it's worth it for the friendly service provided by Steven (who is always smiling and friendly) and the rest of the fabulous team behind the counter and the coffee machine and in the kitchen. it's a very welcoming place, if there is a delay for food to be heated up, it's acceptable and rarely unreasonable. I'm happy to support this business as long as they keep up this standard that I'm very pleased with - even if people have more lofty expectations as evidenced by other reviewers!

Local gem. Not a fancy place in terms of decor (though it’s lovely out the back), but it’s the best coffee I have ever had. Its popularity makes it almost like a community centre. All the locals go regularly for a coffee and a walk in the gorgeous adjacent park. I regularly feel so happy and grateful to have moved in nearby. This is a massively popular place even when it’s takeaway only with social distancing during this COVID-19 outbreak, and its popularity is no surprise. Whenever I take friends here and they always love the coffee. And yes, it’s split into two buildings, when it’s open the building to the right serves as the sit down café, where food is also served.

Great coffee and terrible toilets! Food is grab and go and some cooked options. Lots of seating and a nice outdoor courtyard area that’s well shaded on hot days.
