Esther and her team are the best. We needed a private function room on a Sunday morning for a small wedding ceremony for 20 people which is understandably a tall order given that Sundays are always busy for cafes like these. She was so kind in accomodating us. She coordinated well with our schedule and requirements. The function room is beautiful with open windows and a forest backdrop. We could bring our own decor to set up. Food was Asian fusion banquet style and was good. Service was attentive and non-intrusive. We could order drinks from the bar. We had a great time and would not hesitate to hold more events there.

My visit to Rowville Rotary Club that meet there every Tuesday night in their function room. 6.30pm for 7pm. Choice of 5 dishes from the bistro menu. Impressed with venue and food quality and service. Decided to join hope to see you there 👍

What a beautiful restaurant! The staff were absolutely lovely, every one of our meals were delicious, easy parking, beautiful surrounds and they do split bills, what more could you ask for. Thanks for a lovely dining experience, we will definitely be back! I even grabbed the functions info on the way out, absolutely keeping this place in mind for my next function!

I was very impressed with everything. I didnt expect much, but the venue looks pretty nice, lots of tables outside near the trees, it would have been nice sitting outside. Inside is spacious, and you can see they have function room that looks pretty good too. Staff are nice. Their menu has Western and Asian dishes. I went with fried chicken Maryland with tofu and sambal and rice. It was very nice! Chicken was pretty big. Nice and crispy and tasty. Sambal was good amount of spicy for me. The chili chicken avo sandwich was nice too. Lychee lemonade was quite nice. Good value meals and tasty!

Best restaurant in Rowville - by a long shot. Food was excellent. Only criticism might be that you have to ask for real spice - otherwise it's a bit Aussie-level. Service was rapid and very polite. Food was lot cheaper than most place - $39 for an excellent steak, chips and salad (one of four different meals enjoyed by my family). My brother recommended this place - good one mate. We will be back.

Highly recommend you give this place a try . Menu is very different from what you see here in Google. Has a ton of variety you will surely find something you’d like . Great restaurant tucked away from the regular bustle. Well light relaxing ambience with Floor to wall windows (Terrace area ) and roomy bright restaurant area. Entire place was warm and cosy, friendly service , very interesting options . Fusion cuisine .. Asian, Japanese, Thai, Australian . Good breakfast and meal options . Plenty of parking . Have been here multiple times and have always enjoyed the meals . This visit we tried Katsu set meal (Like a bento box) and Kra pow gai krob (Chicken) . Both were very tasty but Kra pow was a bit salty ( you could request the chef to go easy on soy sauce) .

I've been here at least twice before but never reviewed it. My faux pas. It's where simplicity of appearance belies a taste buds delight. I visit Melbourne to see my daughter and her family on a regular basis. This time we visited we ate at Tosaria's for lunch. My taste buds were set alight. I encourage you to give it a try. Licenced with a bar, room so your not squashed in and an area for that special occasion. Thanks Tosaria see you when I'm in town again.

I dined in at Tosaria Restaurant for a birthday lunch and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive, friendly and accomodating and we all enjoyed our beautifully made meals. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean and spacious which was pleasant. I would highly recommend the Nasi Goreng and Cloud cocktail. 10/10 experience :)

I recently dined at Tosaria, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back! Five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was delicious I had eggplant parmigiana. It was a big meal, very tasty. I can say it was the best cooked, tastiest eggplant parmigiana I’ve eaten 😁 I always have my favourite dessert when I dine here… black rice pudding…

We booked a table for Valentine's Day & I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly delicious it was. Every single thing my family & I ate was an EXPLOSION of flavor in our mouths... right down to the selections on the kids menu & desserts. This is definitely a secret hidden treasure. I'm sooooo glad we found this place! Not only that but the service alone, was exquisite. The people there were extremely-friendly with beautiful magnificent smiles to welcome you in. And the prices were very affordable. "Tosaria" is literally THE BEST restaurant I've eaten at in all of Australia. It is so rare to find great quality food with excellent service & an elegant ambiance to boot. You won't be disappointed. I recommend to everyone. We will DEFINITELY be coming back! Wow! Thank you "Tosaria" for making our Valentine's Day memorable!

Hosted a surprise party for 50 ppl and it turned out to be one of the best ones. Superb staff, food arrangements, service. Nice ambience and privacy to the party guests. I explained the party outline and the staff provided excellent service, adapted to changes. Thanks to Gary, William, service staff and the cooks. Every guest was full of appreciation for the arrangements, food and service.

I have been to Tosaria restaurant many times for lunch/dinner with friends, work colleagues and family. Easy to park, friendly, attentive staff and delicious Asian and Western food. Good selections of wine and other drinks.

Fast, helpful friendly service and the food A1. Try the Pad Satay Noodle Chicken or the Stir Fry Calamari with Cashew Nuts and you won't be disappointed.. A local favorite eatery of mine in Rowville and to top it off...reasonable prices.

Last weekend my family and I had lunch at Tosaria as we have a few times over the past few years. It is always a food adventure as we try different dishes but always leave feeling that our meal was both tasty and generous. This time for me was the Korean Fried Chicken followed by the coconut custard. Both dishes did not disappoint. The staff are generous and so very pleasant and helpful. Always a kind word and a smile, it makes the experience even more delightful and I certainly do not hesitate to recommend this eatery in it's out-of-the-way location in Rowville.

Went to Tosaria for breakfast in the first time in a while; was surprised to find that the menu has changed to a mostly Asian concept now. Tried the new Tosaria big breakfast, a very Japanese inspired meal. I may have eaten it like an uncultured person, with a knife and fork, but suffice to say I was throughly satisfied. The miso soup in particular was a nice palette cleanser. Service was excellent, and I had a lovely mocha to relax with after my meal. 😄
